Bulk & Volume Orders

Volume Turf Supply for Large Projects.

Developers, commercial contractors, municipal projects and large installations get volume pricing, phased deliveries and one trade desk contact from bid to final roll. Built for jobs measured in tens of thousands of square feet.

Bulk purchasing advantages

Why Buy in Volume.

Larger quantities unlock better pricing, but the real advantage is control over consistency and schedule.

01

Volume Pricing

Tiered rates on turf, infill and accessories that step down as the project quantity grows.

02

Dye-Lot Consistency

Rolls for the whole project reserved from one production lot so color matches across phases.

03

Phased Delivery

Deliveries scheduled per phase or per lot so material arrives when the crew is ready, not before.

04

Bid Support

Spec sheets, submittals and price holds so estimators can bid with confidence.

Volume pricing explanation

How Volume
Pricing Works.

Three tiers, confirmed in writing per project. Thresholds below are placeholders to be set by the sales team.

Project Tier: 5,000 to 20,000 sq ft

Project-based contractor pricing with product recommendation and a single scheduled delivery.

Volume Tier: 20,000 to 50,000 sq ft

Stepped pricing, reserved dye lot, phased deliveries and a named trade desk contact.

Contract Tier: 50,000+ sq ft

Contract pricing held for the project duration, multi-site or multi-phase logistics, submittal packages.
